• We will liaise with you to learn your home processes and to understand your unique requirements by creating a detailed set of assignment instructions. These instructions cover all aspects of your resident, including full site details, emergency contacts, exact service locations, fire evacuation plans, floorplans, site manager/supervisor details and a step by step guide for our security officers. We will also provide copies of certification and copies of security

training for our manned guards.

• After listening to your needs and expectations, we will carefully select a security officer who we is the most suitable to carry out your requirements to the highest possible standard. We will also consider secondary candidates who meet the same standards and who will be available to cover absences, sickness, or annual leave.

• We offer 24-hour support via a control room which monitors all our security guards. We also conduct weekly site inspections by a trained mobile officer who will check on the processes undertaken by your assigned guard, as well as on their performance and welfare.

• You will have access to your dedicated contracts manager 24 hours day, and we also host monthly management meetings with you to discuss KPI’s, job performance and requirements, and the implementation of new processes or requirements.
