● Blends Seamlessly with Kitchen Interiors
The detection device, activation nozzles, and agent cylinders are carefully tucked away so the system blends with the kitchen décor without affecting its aesthetics.
● Fully Automatic Fire Suppression
The system operates automatically in the event of a fire, removing the need for a person to fight the fire or risk using the wrong firefighting method.
● Pneumatic Heat Sensing Technology
Fire is detected through a pneumatic Heat Sensing Tube (HST) installed along the length of the hood, enabling automatic detection and activation of the suppression system.
● Clean & Effective Fire Extinguishing
When exposed to fire, the HST ruptures at a predetermined temperature, activating the system. The Watermist converts into steam, blocking the oxygen supply and reducing the temperature below combustion levels to extinguish the fire.
● Minimal Post-Fire Damage
The clean and environmentally friendly extinguishing agent minimizes damage to expensive kitchen equipment and food items, while effectively handling fires caused by deep frying, shallow frying, baking, grilling, or roasting.
